PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTACTING ME ABOUT A COMMISSION.

Kindly communicate your commission inquiries through my designated social media accounts — For the shared artworks, I will communicate with the host only.

Please provide details (character size, canvas size, etc.) including any specified deadlines and the type of commission, whether it is for personal or commercial use, solo or shared, and allow at least 2-3 days for confirmation.

You must provide a clear reference or detailed description, such as reference poses, photos, outfits, accessories, and facial features (hair color, eye shape, eye color, hairstyle, etc.). The inclusion of visual references is highly recommended.

The initial rough sketch will be sent to the client for approval. You can request any changes during the sketching stage. Once approved, I will proceed to color rendering.

A maximum of 3 minor revisions is allowed during the initial sketch stage. There will be an additional payment for major revisions, especially on the fully rendered version of the illustration, unless there was a misunderstanding on my part.

An artwork may be completed in a minimum of 10 days to a maximum of 30 days. This may change due to circumstances like schedule of work, school, or the complexity of the art. You will be updated if there are any causes of delay.

Please do not rush me unless you have paid the RUSH FEE. You can’t rush an art form.

Art commissioned and ART purchased shall be used solely for personal purposes unless commercial rights are also purchased.

Shared artworks are prohibited from being used for any form of profit unless paid for shared commercial use.

Shared and solo artworks are allowed for trades and giveaways but are subject to the terms and conditions of the host and owner.

As the artist, I retain the right to post the final artwork on my social media accounts and include it in my art portfolio. However, the client may request a specific date for the artwork to be made public.

Please do not claim to be the original artist of the commissioned piece. You are welcome to post, edit, or print the commissioned artwork, provided that you give me proper credit. I would greatly appreciate it.

You must obtain permission if you intend to resell the artworks. This ensures that the terms of use are respected and that the artist's rights are protected.

Before commissioning me, please keep in mind that I have an inconsistent art style and I have the right to decline a commission if I think it's beyond my capabilities.

The prices above are per character only. commissions such as couples or groups, will cost 80% of the base price for each additional character. This discount applies only if the extra characters appear in the same frame. If drawn separately, each character will be charged at the full base price.

THE PRICES SHOWN ARE ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE; An additional 50% of the total cost of the artwork WILL APPLY FOR COMMERCIAL USE and an additional 100% of the total cost of the artwork will apply for shared commercial use.

Mass production intended for personal use without a profit motive, such as for event exclusives or kit inclusions, etc., will incur an additional charge of 30% of the total artwork cost.

Shared art purchases require an additional 10% of the total cost of the artwork. No limit on the number of sharers is allowed.

The plain background is free; however, the detailed background requires an additional charge of at least 100 to 300 PHP. If the background is detachable, you have the option to request a separate copy if needed.

The starting price for creating an additional version of the artwork ranges from 100PHP to 500PHP.

A MINIMUM OF 100 PHP IS REQUIRED FOR ANY EXTRA Elements, SUCH AS TATTOOS, ANIMALS, instruments, props, Big objects, ETC.,

Each slot can accommodate one artwork with a maximum of three adult characters. For anything beyond that, you must reserve more than one slot — no reservation fee is required.

For the rush art commission, please include an additional 300 PHP, which is still Subject to availability.

I typically employ standard, A4, or A5 canvas size at 400 dots per inch (dpi). If you have particular size preferences, kindly inform me accordingly.

Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the request.

Payment can be sent through Gcash, Maya, Paypal, or Bank Transfer.

A strictly 50% down payment must be made either before I start the sketching phase or after I present you the sketch version of the artwork. The remaining balance must be settled before I send the finished product.

Once I start working on your commission, a full refund is not possible. However, during the initial sketching phase, a partial refund of 50% of the total cost can be considered.

The artworks are intended exclusively for personal use. Please specify if your commission is designed for commercial purposes so we can discuss the details.

Shared artworks are prohibited from being used for any form of profit unless paid for shared commercial use.

For artwork reservations, I allowed a reservation period of up to two weeks. If no update or payment is received within this period, the reservation will be considered void, and the artwork will be made available for sale to other interested buyers."

Returning clients are eligible for a discount on their subsequent engagements. Discounts will be offered on a monthly basis.

The flattened digital final output will be sent via Gmail with an attached Google Drive link in a JPEG or PNG file.
